Gordon Babb

Before co-founding CREA, Babb enjoyed a successful career in resort investment real estate. He has a background in financial planning and management in the insurance, publishing and real estate industries.
A real estate industry professional since 2002, Babb was one of the original investors of Keller Williams Realty when they first entered the Charlotte market. While at Keller Williams, he was Rookie of the Year for the SouthPark office, and was a member of the Agent Leadership Council.
Babb is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina, and also owns various real estate investments in and around the Carolinas.
Babb holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Born and raised in North Carolina, he has been a Charlotte resident for the past 18 years.
In his personal time, Babb enjoys playing golf and basketball, following Carolina Panthers football and UNC-Chapel Hill athletics, and spending time with his wife and two daughters, and friends. He is an Eagle Scout and an Outward Bound graduate.
Heidi Sloan

Prior to co-founding CREA, Sloan worked in the resort real estate investment market. She has also enjoyed a successful career with Alltel Communications as a major account representative. She has over fifteen years experience in sales and marketing, and is also co-owner of a very successful neighborhood restaurant.
Sloan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Charlotte native, and is a graduate of East Mecklenburg High School where she was student body president.
Sloan is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, and also holds personal real estate investments in and around the Carolinas.
Favorite past times include spending time with her two sons and friends, traveling, and live music. Sloan is an avid Carolina Panthers football and UNC-Chapel Hill basketball fan.
